Presented papers will be published in Proceedings before the beginning of the event. Authors wishing to contribute are requested to submit the text of papers before May 11th, 2011. The papers should be up to 6, 8 or 10 pages long and should include: title, authors, affiliation and full mailing address, text, tables and figures.
Language : The working language will be English.
Participation– Important dates :
Abstract Submission – due April 15th, 2011.
Confirmation of acceptance – due April 30th, 2011.
Manuscript submission – not later then May 31st, 2011.
Any additional information will be available by E-mail or Fax only for peoples sent reply cards in the pointed term.
Fee :
- The fee for the participants is €350. The fee includes accommodation, full board for 5 days, the proceedings and participation in all scientific and social events.
- The fee for accompanying persons is €310 and includes accommodation, full board for 5 days and participation in all social events.
- The meeting is open for accompanying persons. Social events will be organized too.
Preliminary Registration :
Write a short abstract (up to 500 words) not exceeding 1 page and send together with the reply card arranged at the end of these documents. Please indicate the suggested topic of your presentation (in the top left corner)
Name the files Your_Name–Reply_Card(15W).doc and Your_Name–Abstract(15W).doc and send them as soon as possible to Prof. Christo Boyadjiev () or to Assoc. Prof. Jordan Hristov ().

The workshop proceedings will be available on a CD during the event. All articles will be published in "Transactions of Academenergo" (Prof. Christo Boyadjiev, editor-in-chief)
